To the attention of Ukrainian nationals residing within the territory of Tamași county
We hereby inform you that the Register of Damage Caused by the Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine has been established, as well as the future International Commission for Claims for Ukraine.
Thus, the Register of Damage for Ukraine was established on the basis of the Enlarged Partial Agreement instituted by Resolution CM/Res(2023)3, adopted by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg on May 12, 2023.
It serves to record evidence and information regarding claims for compensation for damages, losses, or injuries caused on or after February 24, 2022, on the territory of Ukraine, as well as to the Ukrainian state, through the internationally wrongful acts of the Russian Federation.
Romania participates in this Enlarged Partial Agreement for the Register of Damage for Ukraine under Law no. 75/2024.
